Витамин B1
Преобразует жиры и углеводы в носители энергии, поддерживает функции пищеварительной, нервной и сердечнососудистой систем. Недостаток витамина Bi вызывает расстройства памяти, пищеварения, а также усталость, раздражительность, тошноту, запоры.

Витамин В2
Отвечает за образование энергии, способствует заживлению ран, нормальному развитию и росту детей, от него зависит состояние кожи и слизистых оболочек. Нехватка витамина Вг приводит к шелушению кожных покровов, ухудшению зрения, воспалению губ и языка, вызывает сонливость, тревожность, головокружение.
Витамин Вз(ниацин, витамин РР)
Участвует в работе надпочечников, нервной и кровеносной систем. Дефицит ниацина приводит к дерматиту, депрессии, язве двенадцатиперстной кишки и желудка, диарее, тошноте. Острый недостаток витамина Вз вызывает пеллагру, при которой к перечисленным симптомам добавляется слабоумие.
Витамин B5 (пантотеновая кислота)
Участвует в формировании гормонального фона организма, обеспечивает работу нервной, иммунной систем и надпочечников. Пантотеновая кислота содержится во многих продуктах, поэтому возможен лишь слабый дефицит витамина Bs, который приводит к появлению угрей и раздраженности кожи, бессоннице, депрессии, тошноте.
Витамин В6 (пиридоксин)
Принимает участие в белковом обмене и процессах кроветворения. Нехватка пиридоксина вызывает снижение иммунной защиты, атеросклероз, развитие анемии, дерматитов.

Витамин В9 (фолиевая кислота)
Участвует в белковом обмене и способствует усвоению витамина В12, предотвращает атеросклероз, поддерживает процессы кроветворения. Дефицит фолиевой кислоты встречается часто и проявляется забывчивостью, раздражительностью, вызывает бессонницу и анемическую утомляемость.
Витамин В12 (цианокобаламин)
Участвует в переработке жиров, углеводов и белков, играет важную роль в кроветворении. Дефицит кобаламина нарушает мыслительные процессы, ухудшает память и внимание. В более тяжелых случаях возникает анемия, истощение стороны нервной системы, спутанность сознания, проблемы с речью.

heat or acids, causing dough to rise and resulting in a light, fluffy
texture in baked goods.

It is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by regulatory authorities when
used in appropriate quantities and poses no significant health risks when
consumed in typical food applications.

Способ применения
