Peligro! Cuando se trabaja con aparatos de aire caliente, es esencial seguir las siguientes normas preventivas de seguridad para evitar el riesgo de incendio, explosión, descarga electrica y lesiones corporales. Leer las instrucciones atentamente antes de usar el aparato. Mantener estas instrucciones en un lugar seguro.
Atencion
•Peligro! Desconectar el aparato antes de abrirlo, ya que se exponen componentes móviles y conexiones.
•El aparato no debe utilizarse en entornos de vapor o humedad.
•Evitar el contacto con elementos puestos a tierra, por ejemplo, tubos, radiadores, cocinas o frigoríficos.
•No utilizarlo en el cuarto de año o sobre agua.
•Peligro de incendio y explosión debido a uso inadecuado de aparatos de aire caliente. Cuidado con los gases tóxicos, riesgo de explosión y combustión. Cuando se procesen materiales plásticos, lacas y materiales similares, se pueden generar gases tóxicos, explosivos y venenosos.
•El espacio de trabajo debe estar siempre bien ventilado.
Precaucion
•La tensión de régimen indicada en el aparato debería corresponder a la tensión de la red.
•Evitar la puesta en marcha inesperada. El conmutador limitador de temperatura se calienta en caso de uso inadecuado. Atención! El calentamiento se conecta automáticamente de nuevo después de la refrigeración.
•Asegurarse de que el conmutador está en OFF cuando se conecte a la fuente de alimentación.
•Para protección personal, recomendados encarecidamente conectar el aparato a un conmutador-FI (conmutador de corriente de fallo)
•El aparato no debe accionarse sin supervisión.
•No utilizar el aparato si pueden estar presentes gases inflamables. las zonas detrás de contraventanas, techos y suelos y en paredes huecas puede estar contenido material inflamable. Estos materiales deben verificarse antes de utilizar el aparato de aire caliente. El calor puede alcanzar hasta materiales que no están visibles. No dirigir la corriente de aire al mismo punto durante periodos prolongados.
•Peligro de quemaduras! No tocar el alojamiento de la resistencia ni la tobera cuando están calientes, ya que pueden causar quemaduras. No utilizar nunca el aparato como un secador de pelo. Se calienta más que un secador de pelo!
•No apuntar el flujo de aire caliente en la dirección de personas o animales.
• Mantener a los niños a distancia. Ni permitir que otras personas toquen el aparato o el cable, mantenerlos fuera de la zona de trabajo.
•Considerar el entorno de la zona de trabajo. Proteger el aparato del vapor y la humedad.

•Mantener limpia la zona de trabajo. Las zonas desordenadas y los desniveles favorecen las lesiones.
•No llevar ropa suelta o inflamable.
•No extralimitarse. Mantener la estabilidad y equilibrio adecuado an todo momento.

Requerimientos de funcionamiento
•El aparato no debe utilizarse en posición plana ni dirigida permanentemente hacia abajo
•Asegurarse de que los orificios de entrada de aire y la salida de la tobera no están obstruidos, ya que esto puede conducir a formación excesiva de calor y por lo tanto a daño del aparato.
•Después del uso, colocar el aparato en su soporte y dejar que se enfríe completamente antes de empaquetarlo.
Aplicación

Desprendimiento de pintura
•Cuando se retire pintura, deberá prestarse mucha atención, particularmente si la pintura contiene pigmentos de plomo. Los edificios anteriores a1960 pueden estar pintados con pintura que contiene plomo, sobre la que se ha pintado de nuevo posteriormente. •Verificar el enchufe y el cable regularmente; si están dañados, hay que substituirlos a través de un centro de servico organizado.

Inspección después del daño

Фен строительный Makita HG650C относится к поколению «умных» инструментов – его рабочие параметры регулируются и поддерживаются постоянными посредством встроенной электроники. Для визуального контроля над настройками фен оснащен жидкокристаллическим дисплеем, на котором легко читаются все установленные значения.
Под дисплеем располагается основной элемент управления – большая четырехсекторная клавиша. При работе с феном можно выбрать одну из шести установленных программ (усадка, формовка, сварка, пайка, удаление краски и сушка) или же вручную установить необходимый температурный и скоростной режимы. Изменение температуры выдуваемого воздушного потока регулируется с шагом 5градС. Кроме того, предусмотрена функция памяти, срабатывающая в течение 10 секунд после выключения инструмента. Таким образом, после перерыва в работе отпадает необходимость возобновления настроек. Подробные рекомендации по программированию фена строительного Макита HG650C приведены в прилагаемой к инструменту инструкции и не составляют особой сложности.
Что касается возможностей данной модели, то они действительно обширны. Это обусловлено широким диапазоном температур (80-650градС) и пятиступенчатой регулировкой мощности воздушного потока (200-550 л/мин).
