УПП FWI-SS3 предназначены для плавного пуска и остановки асинхронных двигателей с короткозамкнутым ротором.
Пуск привода осуществляется путем постепенного увеличения напряжения на статоре. Силовой блок сделан на тиристорах, блок управления – цифровой.
Пускатели рассчитаны на работу с двигателями разной мощности – от 15 до 500 кВт, включая приводы под постоянной высокой нагрузкой.
Функциональные особенности
УПП в стандартной комплектации выпускаются с функциями:
- Контроля пуски и остановки электродвигателя.
- Автоматизированной защиты двигателя во время пуска и эксплуатации.
- Дистанционного управления с пульта.
- Многоуровневой защиты от перегрева, обрыва или перекоса фаз, перегрузок в процессе работы, критических значений напряжения, короткого замыкания.
УПП рассчитаны на эксплуатацию в диапазоне температур от -25 до +40 градусов. Ограничений по частоте пусков нет. Система охлаждения естественная.
Устройства работают без потерь мощности на высоте 1000 метров над уровнем моря, на каждые 100 метров сверх указанной высоты потери составляют 0,5%.
