Dosage and Administration: Instill 4-6 drops into the ear 3-4 times daily. Replace cap tightly after use. Keep out of sight and reach of children. For external use only.

Фармакологические свойства
Фармакокинетика
Действующие вещества не всасываются в системный кровоток при неповрежденной барабанной перепонке.
Фармакодинамика
Дроплекс – это комбинированный препарат для местного применения. Оказывает местноанестезирующее и противовоспалительное действие.
Действие препарата обусловлено входящими в состав активными компонентами – феназон и лидокаина гидрохлорид.
Феназон – анальгетик – антипиретик с противовоспалительным и анальгизирующим действием.
Лидокаина гидрохлорид – местный анестетик.
Комбинация феназона и лидокаина гидрохлорида способствует более быстрому наступлению анестезии, а также увеличивает ее интенсивность и длительность.
Показания к применению
Для местного симптоматического лечения и обезболивания при:
— остром среднем отите
— баротравматическом отите
Способ применения и дозы
Только для местного применения.
Капли закапывают в наружный слуховой проход по 3-4 капли 2-3 раза в день. Во избежание соприкосновения холодного раствора с ушной раковиной флакон перед применением следует согреть в ладонях. Продолжительность применения Дроплекса составляет не более 7 дней, после чего следует провести коррекцию назначенной терапии.
Побочные действия
Редко:
— раздражение, покраснение, зуд
При появлении этих или других нежелательных реакций прекратите применение этого препарата и немедленно обратитесь к врачу!
Противопоказания
— повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата и производным пиразола
— перфорация барабанной перепонки
— период лактации
Лекарственные взаимодействия
При местном применении препарата не наблюдается отрицательного результата взаимодействия с одновременно назначаемыми анальгетиками и противовоспалительными препаратами, антисептиками, антибиотиками для местного и системного применения.
Особые указания
Необходимо убедиться в целостности барабанной перепонки перед началом применения препарата. В случае применения препарата при перфорированной барабанной перепонке активные вещества могут проникать в системный кровоток, что может привести к возникновению осложнений.
При использовании препарата Дроплекс в сочетании с другими ушными каплями необходимо сохранять интервал минимум в 30 минут между закапываниями.
Следует иметь в виду, что препарат содержит активный компонент, который может дать положительный тест при допинг-контроле.
Беременности и период лактации
Возможно применение препарата при беременности по показаниям при условии неповрежденной барабанной перепонки.
Особенности влияния лекарственного средства на способность управлять транспортным средством или потенциально опасными механизмами
Дроплекс не влияет на способность вождения автомобиля и выполнения работ, требующих высокой скорости психомоторных реакций.
Передозировка
При условии соблюдения требований к способу применения передозировка препаратом невозможна.
Форма выпуска и упаковка
По 15 мл препарата разливают в белый полиэтиленовый флакон с пробкой – капельницей и завинчивающимся защитным колпачком, снабженным предохранительным кольцом.
На флакон наклеивают этикетку самоклеящуюся.
По 1 флакону вместе с инструкцией по медицинскому применению препарата на государственном и русском языках вкладывают в коробку из картона.
Условия хранения
Хранить при температуре не выше 25ºС.
После вскрытия флакона препарат использовать в течение 6 месяцев.
Хранить в недоступном для детей месте!

Комбинированный препарат для местного применения в отологии с выраженными обезболивающим и противовоспалительным действиями, обусловленные синергизмом действия его компонентов. Лидокаин оказывает местноанестезирующее, а феназон — выраженный противовоспалительный эффект. Феназон значительно усиливает местноанестезирующее эффект лидокаина. Сочетанное применение феназона и лидокаина сокращает время наступления анестезирующего эффекта, повышая при этом его выраженность и продолжительность, что позволяет быстро ликвидировать болевой синдром при отите.
Для местного симптоматического лечения
и обезболивания при:
- остром среднем отите;
- отите как осложнении после гриппа;
- баротравматическом отите.
- Нарушение целостности барабанной перепонки (инфекционного или травматического характера);
- повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата.
Рекомендуется проверить целостность барабанной перепонки к применению лекарственного средства Дроплекс. В случае нарушения целостности барабанной перепонки применение капель Дроплекс противопоказано.
После инстилляции плотно закрутить колпачок и спрятать флакон в упаковку для защиты препарата от света.
Нет данных о безопасности применения препарата Дроплекс в период беременности или кормления грудью. Препарат не назначают беременным, за исключением ситуаций абсолютной необходимости и только после оценки пользы для матери и возможного риска для плода.
Также нет никаких данных о переходе компонентов препарата в грудное молоко. Рекомендуется избегать применения этого лекарственного средства кормления грудью.
Препарат не влияет на способность управлять автомобилем или работать со сложной техникой, требующей повышенного внимания.
Применяют детям в возрасте до 1 года — по 1-2 капли, 1-2 года — по 3 капли, от 3 лет — по 4 капли 3 раза в сутки.
При отите у взрослых Дроплекс применяют по 4 капли 3-4 раза в день. Продолжительность лечения — от 3 до 10 дней.
Флакон необходимо закрывать после каждого использования. Не следует касаться кончиком пипетки наружного слухового прохода для сохранения стерильности раствора.
При правильном применении препарата передозировка маловероятна.
