iSEqC-позиционер с поддержкой протоколов 1.0 и 1.2 — функционально законченное устройство, работающее с ресиверами, поддерживающими эти протоколы, и в поставляемой версии опционально снабжен отдельным пультом дистанционного управления. Работает это устройство с любым актюатором или горизонт-горизонт маунтом. Как некоторые устройства аналогичного назначения имеет автонастроечные функции и функции ресинхронизации, заключающиеся в возможности автоматического пересчета позиций спутников при изменении пределов. Поскольку это полнофункциональное устройство, то оно само, независимо от ресивера, вырабатывает DiSEqC-команды и может быть, в частности, использовано с ресивером, не имеющим поддержки DiSEqC-протокола. В этом случае пульт дистанционного управления позиционера — совершенно необходимая вещь, поскольку кнопки управления передней панели позиционера позволяют только переводить его в режим StandBy, запоминать позиции и перемещать антенну при помощи актюатора или маунта в горизонтальной плоскости.

Схема соединения

На рис. 1 показана схема соединения позиционера с соответствующими устройствами. Из нее видно, что независимо от используемого режима, выводы задней панели ресивера должны быть соединены: коротким коаксиальным кабелем — вывод позиционера («To Receiver») c ресивером, длинным — с LNB. В принципе этого достаточно для реализации режима DiSEqC 1.0.

При помощи этого режима можно контролировать до 4 позиций спутников. Для реализации версии DiSEqC 1.2 необходимо выводы «М1», «М2» (36 В постоянного тока) соединить с мотором актюатора, выводы «Sensor» — с соответствующими выводами «REED SENSOR» (Pulse&Ground). DiSEqC-команды передаются по коаксиальному кабелю, питание мотора поступает с выводов «М1», «М2» и сигналы датчика — с выводов «Sensor». После того как соединение выполнено правильно, можно включить устройство в сеть. На передней панели трехзнакового индикатора будут подсвечены точки после каждого знакоместа.

Для любого ресивера

Итак, как отмечалось выше, при наличии пульта дистанционного управления полнофункциональное устройство DiSEqC-позиционер V-Box II может полностью реализовать требуемый протокол без помощи ресивера (т.е. даже если ресивер не поддерживает этот протокол).

Установка программных верхнего/нижнего пределов

Этот режим рекомендован для лучшего определения этих пределов, если это переключатели на оборудовании типа актюатор или горизонт-горизонт маунт. Тем не менее, позиционер будет работать и без этого программного определения пределов.

Для установки пределов необходимо:

  1. Повернуть актюатор нажатием «East/West» кнопки;
  2. Запрограммировать кнопку «Limit» на пульте дистанционного управления. Дисплей покажет «L.L.» или «H.L.»;
  3. Нажать «East» или «West» в течение 3 с. Дисплей покажет «L.L.» или «H.L.». Нажать и удерживать кнопку «Enter» в течение 3 с.

Для того чтобы отказаться от программной установки пределов, необходимо проделать следующие действия:

  1. Нажать кнопку «Limit» на пульте дистанционного управления дважды, дисплей сначала покажет «L_ _», затем на короткое время «LoF»/;
  2. Нажать и удерживать кнопку «Enter» в течение 4 с.

Для запоминания спутниковых позиций необходимо:

  1. Двигать актюатор или горизонт-горизонт маунт в направлении East/West до тех пор, пока картинка на ТВ экране не станет чистой;
  2. Нажать кнопку «Store» на пульте дистанционного управления. Дисплей покажет «C_ _»;
  3. Набрать номер запоминаемой позиции «1-60», дисплей покажет «С01-С60»;
  4. Нажать кнопку «Enter», дисплей покажет «P01-P60»;
  5. Повторить 1-4-й шаги для всех требуемых спутниковых позиций.

Для вызова спутниковых позиций, сохраненных в памяти ресивера, необходимо:

1. Просто нажать «Sat E» или «Sat V» кнопки для просмотра.

ИЛИ

2. Набрать номер требуемой позиции из диапазона 1-60 на пульте дистанционного управления и нажать и удерживать кнопку «Enter» в течение 3 с, позиционер будет двигать актюатор в требуемую позицию.

Замечание: если эта позиция не была сохранена в памяти ресивера, позиционер будет игнорировать эту команду.

Ресинхронизация спутниковых позиций (функция пересчета)

Предварительное замечание: если только одна спутниковая позиция неправильна, необходимо сдвинуть антенну в правильную позицию и «перезапомнить» ее. Если же все спутниковые позиции неверные, можно использовать эту функцию пересчета.

  1. Вызвать одну спутниковую позицию в позиционере. Дисплей покажет «PXX» (например, «P03») в течение 1 с, и затем мотор начинает движение.
  2. После начала движения, актюатор East/West будет двигать антенну до тех пор, пока в позиции «P03» на экране ТВ не установится чистая картинка.
  3. Выбрать кнопку «Shift» пульта, и после того, как дисплей покажет «ShF», нажать «Enter» в пределах 4 с. После успешной установки дисплей покажет «PXX» снова (например, «P03»).

Примечание: если шаг 1 пропущен, новая позиция будет сдвинута в позицию P01. Если позиция P01 не запомнена, позиция будет сдвинута на 1,000.

Сброс позиционера

Эта функция будет сбрасывать все данные в позиционере, включая низкий/высокий значения пределов, спутниковые позиции, и т.д.

Для выполнения этой операции необходимо:

1. Отключить позиционер из сети переменного тока. Нажать кнопку «Power» на передней панели позиционера и включить вилку в сеть переменного тока 220 В. Удерживать кнопку «Power» нажатой в течение 3 с. Дисплей будет последовательно показывать 10, 9, …1, и затем произойдет сброс системы. Для остановки процесса сброса, отключить от сети на цифре 1.

ИЛИ

2. Удерживать кнопку «Reset» нажатой до тех пор, пока дисплей будет последовательно показывать 10, 9, …1. Для остановки процесса сброса, просто отпустить кнопку «Reset» на цифре 1.

Если сброс будет успешен, на дисплее будет показано «_ _ _». Через 2 с это показание будет «000».

Для DiSEqC 1.2 ресивера

Изменения в некоторых командах будут, но небольшие.

Установка программных верхнего/нижнего пределов

После посылки команд из ресивера на установку пределов, дисплей позиционера будет показывать: «H.L.» — верхний предел, «L.L.» — нижний предел.

Ниже приведены значения этих пределов для северного и южного полушарий Земли.

Для отказа от программной установки пределов необходимо послать эту команду из ресивера, при этом дисплей позиционера покажет «LoF».

Для запоминания спутниковых позиций необходимо:

  1. Двигать актюатор в направлении East/West до тех пор, пока картинка на ТВ экране не станет чистой.
  2. Набрать номер запоминаемой позиции спутника «1-60» и послать команду «Store» из ресивера.
  3. Дисплей покажет «С01-С60», затем отобразит «P01-P60».
  4. Повторить 1-3-й шаги для всех требуемых спутниковых позиций.

Для вызова спутниковых позиций, сохраненных в памяти ресивера, необходимо:

  3. Послать команду «Shift» (или пересчитать) из DiSEqC 1.2 протокола ресивера.
  4. После успешной установки дисплей покажет «PXX» снова (например «P03»). Позиция «PXX» смещается в новую позицию.

Примечание: если шаг 1 пропущен, новая позиция будет сдвинута в позицию P01. Если позиция P01 не запомнена, позиция будет сдвинута на 1,000 (средняя точка позиционера).

Идти в механическую позицию 0 (работает только при помощи ресивера)

  1. Перед использованием этой функции необходимо настроить выключатели механического ограничения пределов актюаторов или горизонт-горизонт маунта для безопасного перемещения антенны.
  2. Пошлите «Reset» или «Goto0» команды из ресивера. Позиционер будет перемещать в направлении «Восток». Если направление неправильно — необходимо поменять полярность подводимого напряжения (поменять местами провода на выводах «M1» и «M2» на позиционере). Счетчик на дисплее позиционера будет уменьшаться до тех пор, пока позиционер не остановится на одном из пределов, заданных механическим выключателем. Затем дисплей покажет «Er2» первый, затем «000», когда индицируется механический 0 позиции актюатора.
  3. Если спутниковые позиции уменьшаются из каких-то соображений (например, замена нового датчика), эта функция может помочь восстановить все запомненные позиции спутников.

Сброс позиционера

Ничем не отличается от п. 1 соответствующего раздела «Для любого ресивера».

Для DiSEqC 1.0 ресивера

1. Для DiSEqC 1.0 ресивера можно контролировать до 4-х позиций.

Это один из вариантов таблицы. В зависимости от вашего ресивера варианты DiSEqC 1.0 разных ресиверов могут отличаться. Например, в некоторых ресиверах вызываются позиции 1…4 как LNB: DiSEqC A, B, C, D или DiSEqC 1, 2, 3, 4.

2. В обычном порядке позиционер не воспринимает DiSEqC 1.0 команды после приема DiSEqC 1.2 команд. Он будет воспринимать их только после обесточивания позиционера не менее чем на 5 с (вытащить сетевую вилку и снова вставить в розетку 220 В).

3. Для реализации DiSEqC 1.0 команд не нужен пульт дистанционного управления. Однако наличие пульта позволяет запоминать не 4, а 60 позиций спутников.

Для выполнения функций без пульта дистанционного управления можно и нужно воспользоваться кнопками передней панели.

Для запоминания спутниковых позиций необходимо:

  1. Двигать актюатор в направлении East/West до тех пор, пока картинка на ТВ экране не станет чистой.
  2. Набрать номер запоминаемой позиции спутника «1-60» и послать команду «Store» из ресивера.
  3. Дисплей покажет «С01-С60», затем отобразит «P01-P60».
  4. Повторить 1-3-й шаги для всех требуемых спутниковых позиций.

Сброс позиционера

Аналогично п. 1 соответствующего раздела «Для любого ресивера».

Проверка с приемной антенной

При проверке позиционера он был подключен к редакционной антенне диаметром 180 см. Управление этой антенной осуществлялось при помощи позиционера аналогового ресивера Pace.

Соответственно, четыре вывода от датчика и питания мотора были присоединены к выводам позиционера V-Box II, кабель от LNB — ко входу «To LNB», и короткий кабель соединил вывод «To Receiver» позиционера и ресивер. Для обеспечения управления антенной были применены последовательно процедуры «Для любого ресивера» и «Для DiSEqC 1.0 ресивера». Использовались аналоговый ресивер Pace и цифровой ресивер X-Sat. Были проделаны требуемые по инструкции действия, как с программным запоминанием пределов, так и без него. Спутниковые позиции были определены и сохранены в памяти позиционера. Затем были изменены пределы и пересчитаны позиции спутников. После этого вызов сохраненной в памяти позиции правильно отражал на экране телевизора канал, принадлежащий соответствующему спутнику. Значит, функция пересчета отработала правильно.

Заключение

Несмотря на свое китайское происхождение (на это косвенно указывает «любимый» в последнее время золотистый цвет краски), представленное для тестирования изделие под торговой маркой «Moteck» оказалось вполне добротным и все заявленные функции отработало верно. Внешним видом изделие сильно отличается от предыдущей модели V-Box, по выполняемым функциям — почти ничем. Специальное исполнение этого позиционера увеличивает его мощность с 70 до 100 Вт.

Принцип работы мотоподвеса V Box 2. От позиционера подается питание 36 вольт на актуатор, кабель питания должен быть специально рассчитан для использования на улице.Далее настройками пульта устанавливаются пределы, это требуется для того, чтобы ваша антенна не задела стену и не погнулась.Кнопками West и East выбираются крайние точки и запоминают их нажатием кнопки Limit, затем зажимается кнопка Enter на 4 секунды до появления на дисплее надписи LL.
Для сброса пределов в первоначальное положение следует нажать кнопку Limit два раза, затем Lof и далее зажать Enter на несколько секунд.Следующим этапом настройки V Box ii является поиск спутников, нажимая кнопку East или West, в зависимости от того в каком направлении крутится спутниковая антенна, ищется сигнал со спутника.Как только на шкале спутникового ресивера появился сигнал, вам нужно будет сохранить позицию нажав кнопку Store, далее цифровыми клавишами выбрать номер позиции от 1 до 60 после нажать Enter сохранив настройки.
Для вызова запомненных позиций используют кнопки Sat V и Sat E, так позиции будут перемещаться по порядку.Можно вызвать конкретную запомненную позицию цифровыми клавишами и последующим нажатием Enter.Связка актуатор и антенный позиционер настолько надежна, что у некоторых пользователей работает уже более 10 лет.Купить позиционер можно в нашем магазине на м.Щукинская или заказать доставку по Москве или России.

Hi Remlap, Did you have any problems in setting the East and West limits? I just tried installing a similar controller (SuperJack V-Box II, 99 positions) and was unable to set the limits manually. Using the receiver did not work either. Moving the dish East or West did work though.
Finally after endless trials the controller stopped working altogether. The relays click but the dish does not move any more. When I connect the setup to my old Topfield with integrated positioner the dish positioning works fine.
Are satisfied with your V-Box? Does it work reliably?

I’ve tried 2 Superjack V-Box II’s, both with poor results, the first was well built, but very quickly developed an electronic fault, when in standby mode. The replacement was completely different, poorer quality of build, but worked. The only problem, witht eh second unit, was the poor build quality, which caused interference, from my DECT telephone, on the usual channels. No matter how far I moved te telephone I couldn’t cure the interference, so returned that as well. Still awaiting a refund, for both the V-Box, and postage.

Just recently installed a vbox 7 positioner to take the spot of my pansat ap600 which had a mind of its own on ku band. Aside from the M1 and M2 slots being undersized for the wire thickness all is working quite well. Setting up the limits was effortless, pressed limit-east-enter and the same for west. I find its accuracy is lacking from time to time and the dish does need to be nudged slightly.

Slightly off thread, I’ve been using a G-Box 3000 for just over a year, everyday almost. So far it has worked perfectly, also has the ability to add names to satellites. :)

My unit is also of poor built quality. The LNB in connector at first did not accept the connector. Gentle poking with a needle was required to open the contacts a bit so that the coax core could be inserted. The label also had come off during shipping.
Question: Should continuous pressing of the East or West button on the remote result in a continuous movement? In my unit it was necessary to press the button repeatedly, as each pressing only advances the positioner by one step. Ok for fine tuning but totally unusable for larger movements. When under the control of the receiver the unit would make individual or continuous steps as per settings of the receiver (The receiver used for this setup is an IG 740HD.)
Now however the unit only moves into one direction (West) irrespective of East or West settings or single or continuous stepping or control from receiver or remote. As said earlier, the dish positioner works perfectly fine with the old Topfield receiver. I guess the unit is broken. Any other suggestions?

Yes, thats the one that I have. Much cheaper in the UK though (Satellite Superstore have them for £30.00p) Not sure about p&p to your location.

No error message at all. It looks like if the box would not receive the pulses, but the positioner is brand new and works perfectly fine with my old Topfield. Have sent the unit today to a friend — an electronics engineer — who has a working setup and who will swap out his unit against my unit and then inform me if the unit works or not. He also promised to try and fix it. Let’s wait and see.

Yup, I get this if there’s an error from the sensor circuit, normally due to a poor connection in my non waterproof connector under the dish :D
