ни что иное как термодатчик, на нем есть покрытие, так вот оно стерлось, в следствии чего он неправильно передает температуру, завышая ее, от чего и возникает данная ошибка. Если уж у клиента совсем нет денег можно подкинуть другой термодатчик, либо термоэлемент в сборе, хотя бы с другой печи, если уж и на это денег нет, то на время прокатит подкладывание термопленки на поверхность датчика, это повысит общую температуру печи и снизит ее показания по датчику, только без фанатизма

Система самоочистки Proclean — это гарантия постоянной чистоты печи. Автоматическая очистка производится при помощи чистящих и промывочных картриджей. При наличии картриджей чистки программа запускается простым нажатием кнопки, после чего будет выполнен алгоритм «нанесение чистящего средства-выдержка-ополаскивание-контрольная промывка-сушка». Кроме нажатия кнопки других действий оператора не требуется. Система все выполнит сама, а вы получите безукоризненно чистую поверхность.

Конвекционные печи DIBAS 64 blue
Dibas — это оборудование, совершенное по всем направлениям — качеству выпекания, эффективности, экономичности и эксплуатационным характеристикам. Это единственное оборудование в линейке производителя, которое выпускается с разным типом дверей: распашная, с сероприводом и задвижная.
Задвижная дверца при открытии скрывается в корпусе, что позволяет экономить больше пространства, открытие осуществляется нажатием кнопки. Блокиратор при этом обеспечивает полную безопасность, за счет чего печь может быть установлена в зоне обслуживания клиентов. Небольшой дверной проем с продольной вставкой снижает потери тепла при загрузке и выгрузке противней.
В базовом исполнении печей Dibas установлена система Proclean.

Усовершенствованная Ebo быстра, отличается гибкостью и эргономичностью. Благодаря разным размерам высоты камер -14,5 см, 19,5 см или 2 по 12,5 см-печь может быть оптимально использована для всех видов выпечки в разном количестве. Дизайнерское оформление на выбор –ретро-стиль или нержавеющая сталь.
Опционально печь оснащается технологией STIR, которая уменьшает общую продолжительность выпекания почти на 30%.
