Содержимое упаковочного ящика для 
двигателя

Приобретенный Вами компрессор/вакуум-насос должен 
быть доставлен в чистом и неповрежденном упаковочном 
ящике, в противном случае Вам следует немедленно 
обратиться к Вашему торговому агенту (дистрибьютору). 
Ящик должен содержать следующее:

•  Двигатель OF300 – 1 шт.
•   Набор в соответствии со спецификацией, см. стр.47
•   Конденсатор – 1 шт.
•   Руководство по эксплуатации – 1 шт.

Монтаж двигателя 

Приобретенный Вами двигатель JUN-AIR очень прост в 
управлении. Соблюдение указанных ниже простых правил 
эксплуатации гарантирует многолетний срок службы 
Вашего двигателя.

•   Произведите визуальный осмотр двигателя 

компрессора на предмет выявления поломок, 
вызванных его транспортировкой, и при их наличии 
немедленно свяжитесь с компанией JUN-AIR. 

Осторожно! 

Во избежание удара электрическим током 
не устанавливайте компрессор в местах, 
где возможен его контакт с водой и другими 
жидкостями. Для работы в условиях влаги 
компрессору требуется дополнительная защита.

•   Удалите пластмассовые заглушки из выходных 

отверстий. Установите прилагаемые к компрессору 
уплотнительные кольца на заглушках, в 
неиспользуемые выходные отверстия компрессора (см. 
рисунок 1а). Установите штуцер в выходном отверстии 
и подсоедините воздушную магистраль, закрепив 
ее с помощью клея Loctite 620 (см. рисунки 1b + 1с). 
При монтаже используйте только трубки высокого 
давления, способные работать при минимальной 
температуре 150°С. Убедитесь в том, что трубки имеют 
достаточный диаметр, позволяющий избежать потери 
давления в системе. Убедитесь в отсутствии утечек в 
системе.

•   Установите прилагаемые к компрессору ножки (см. 

рисунок 2). В зависимости от реальных условий 
установки компрессора возможно изменение 
расстояния между ножками (см. рисунок, 
иллюстрирующий различное положение ножек). Важно, 
чтобы во избежание повреждения резиновых ножек 
компрессор стоял вертикально. При необходимости 
установки компрессора в иные положения  
обращайтесь в компанию JUN-AIR для получения 
дополнительных рекомендаций. Установите резиновые 
ножки в 90 мм направляющую для уменьшения 
вибрации.

•   Очень важно обеспечить достаточное охлаждение 

компрессора. Установите его в не запыленном, сухом 
и прохладном (но не промерзающем!) помещении. 
Не устанавливайте компрессор в закрытый ящик, в 
котором отсутствуют вентиляционные отверстия в 
крышке и дне. Минимальная площадь вентиляционных 
отверстий в крышке или дне ящика – 500 кв. см 
или 77,5 кв. дюйма в каждом. Если компрессор 
устанавливается под рабочим столом, то свободное 
расстояние от него до столешницы должно быть не 

менее 10 см  или 3 дюйма (см. рисунок 3), или же в 
столешнице следует вырезать отверстие диаметром 30 
см или 11,8 дюйма над верхней частью компрессора. 
Убедитесь в том, что компрессор прочно стоит на полу.

•   Всасываемый воздух может доставляться из иного 

места (например, снаружи здания). Штуцер и шланг 
при этом должны устанавливаться на резьбе в 
верхней части входного фильтра, и вести к внешнему 
воздухозабору. Убедитесь в том, что входные шланги 
обеспечивают должные характеристики.

Электромонтаж двигателя 

Осторожно! 

Неправильное подключение двигателя 
к электросети может привести к удару 
электрическим током, поэтому оно должно 
производиться только квалифицированным 
электротехническим персоналом  в соответствии 
с действующими на месте установки компрессора 
инструкциями.

Внимание! 
Заземление всех моделей изделия, работающих на 
переменном токе, должно производиться при их монтаже. 
Конденсатор должен быть заземлен, в противном 
случае прикосновение к двигателю может привести к 
удару электрическим током. Подключите двигатель к 
заземленной розетке, убедившись в правильности выбора 
напряжения и параметров плавкого предохранителя (см. 
технические характеристики на странице 35).

Модели с питанием от сети переменного тока

•   Схема электрических соединений приведена на 

странице 49.

•   Проверьте на шильдике, укрепленном на двигателе, 

значения частоты, напряжения и емкости конденсатора 
и убедитесь в том, что эти параметры соответствуют 
параметрам сети. Указанное на двигателе напряжение 
120/240 В означает, что двигатель может работать 
при напряжении 120  или 240 В, что, однако, требует 
дополнительных проводных соединений внутри 
двигателя (см. схему электрических соединений). 
Указанное на двигателе напряжение 220-230 В 
означает, что двигатель может работать в диапазоне 
напряжений 220 – 230 В без дополнительных 
внутренних соединений.

•   Установите скобу крепления конденсатора под 

двигателем (см. рисунок 4а).

•   Вертикально установите конденсатор в скобу 

крепления (см. рисунок 4b).

•   Схема электрических соединений приведена на 

странице 50.

•   При монтаже двигателя постоянного тока следует 

обратить внимание на указатель направления 
вращения, приведенный на шильдике, поскольку 
очень важно правильно подключить положительный 
и отрицательный полюса двигателя (см. рисунок 5). 
В противном случае вентилятор двигателя будет 
вращаться в неправильном направлении и не будет 
охлаждать его, что приведет к снижению срока службы 
компрессора и утере силы гарантийных обязательств.

•   Двигатели постоянного тока могут непосредственно 

подсоединяться к положительному и отрицательному 
полюсам без тепловой защиты. В случае высоких

Ресивер сжатого воздуха имеет гарантию на 5 лет.
Гарантия не распространяется на повреждения,
вызванные внешними воздействиями, неправильным
обращением, неправильным ремонтом или использованием
неправильного масла и неоригинальных запасных частей.
Стоимость транспортировки запасных частей и
оборудования в гарантию не входит.

КАК РАБОТАТЬ С КОМПРЕССОРОМ JUN-AIR

Ваш компрессор очень прост в обслуживании. Соблюдайте
следующие правила, и он прослужить безотказно много лет.
1. Осмотрите компрессор на наличие повреждений

во время транспортировки, немедленно свяжитесь
с поставщиком, если Вы думаете, что компрессор
поврежден.

2. Всегда держите компрессор в вертикальном положении;

как во время транспортировки, так и во время работы.

3. Держите компрессор в чистом, сухом и прохладном, но

не в морозном, помещении. Не ставьте его в шкаф, в
котором нет достаточных отверстий для вентиляции
(рис. 1). убедитесь, что компрессор устойчиво стоит на
полу.

4. Замените транспортную заглушку на всасывающем

патрубке входным фильтром (рис. 2).

5. Подключите к выходу компрессора потребитель сжатого

воздуха.

IВНИМАНИЕ!

Компрессорное масло может быть агрессивным
к некоторым прокладочным материалам в
пневмооборудовании. Мы рекомендуем тефлон,
витон и т.п. Не используйте фильтроэлементы из
поликарбоната. За дополнительной информацией
обращайтесь в местному дилеру фирмы JUN-AIR.

6. Вставьте вилку компрессора в розетку с

соответствующим напряжением и проверьте
предохранитель (см. технические данные).

7. Включите компрессор с помощью выключателя

0/1, расположенном на реле давления (рис. 3).
При достижении заданного давления компрессор
автоматически выключится. Если двигатель
компрессора не включается, то причиной может быть
высокое давление в ресивере; двигатель автоматически
включится, как только давление упадет примерно до 6
бар /87 psi.

8. Всегда держите компрессор в вертикальном положении,

поскольку в противном случае масло может попасть
во входной фильтр. Во время транспортировки
компрессора надевайте на всасывающий патрубок
защитный колпачок. Не обращайте внимание на
механический шум издаваемый компрессором при его
перемещении.

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Никогда не устанавливайте транспортную
заглушку в масло-смазываемых компрессорах,
пока компрессор и ресивер находятся под
давлением, так как это может вызвать
проникновение давления в корпус двигателя.

9. Настройка давления (рис. 4):

A: Настройка максимального давления (выключение)
B: Настройка перепада давления (включение)

Давление включения (Обычно 6 бар) настраивается
с помощью винта B. Чтобы уменьшить давление
включения, поверните винт по часовой стрелке.

Давление выключения настраивается двумя винтами
A. (Давление включения + перепад = давление
выключения). Для увеличения давления выключения
поверните винты по часовой стрелке.

Заводская настройка давлений компрессора обычно
составляет 6–8 бар (90-120 psi).

ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ДАННЫЕ

Максимальное время работы двигателя компрессора не
должно превышать 50% времени отбора потребителем
сжатого воздуха из ресивера, а максимальная
продолжительность одного включения не должно превышать
15 минут при максимальном выходном давлении 8 бар /120
psi. Следовательно, до следующего пуска двигателя должно
пройти не менее 15 минут. Таблицы с техническими данными
и графиками смотрите на странице 23.
