Применение технологического охлаждения
ENR, ENRF, CSE СЕРИИ представляют собой воздухоохлаждаемые чиллеры жидкости, спроектированные для промышленного и наружного применения (ENR, ENRF) и установки в помещении (CSE). Эти чиллеры предназначены для применений, требующих надежности, непрерывной работы, высокой производительности и снижения затрат на управление.
Все модели оснащены коаксиальным или кожухотрубным испарителем (за исключением моделей 001 ÷ 002), что обеспечивает надежную работу, в особенности с жидкостями, содержащими примеси. Все модели оснащены водяным насосом, подходящим для работы с водогликолевой смесью и резервуаром для хранения, чтобы обеспечить точный контроль температуры даже при наличии сильно изменяющихся тепловых нагрузок процесса.
Благодаря широкому диапазону холодопроизводительности до 440 кВт можно удовлетворить все требования Заказчика. В качестве хладагента используется R410A. В чиллерах имеется один (модели 001 ÷ 100) или два (модели 130 ÷ 480) контура хладагента с 2 компрессорами в контуре, что обеспечивает высокую эффективность при частичной нагрузке.
Степень электрической защиты IP54 для всех моделей (IP44 для серии CSE) , а также коаксиальная и кожухотрубная технология испарителей, обеспечивают высокую производительность и надежность устройств для всех промышленных применений. Все агрегаты испытываются на заводе Hitema до отгрузки, чтобы обеспечить клиентам наилучшие эксплуатационные характеристики, надежность и непрерывность работы. Рекомендуется устанавливать подходящий фильтр на стороне впуска воды в установку.
Одним из преимуществ серии ENR, ENRF и CSE являются габаритные размеры блока; серия спроектирована так, чтобы занимать минимальную площадь, что также уменьшать стоимость транспортировки.

установка ENR компании HITEMA S.R.L. (Италия) модели предназначена для охлаждения хладоносителя
мощностью охлаждения от 5 до 480 кВт (при
окружающей температуре +35оС).
Промышленный
холодильник модельного ряда ENR представляет собой чиллер с конденсатором
воздушного охлаждения с одним холодильным контуром, оборудованными одним спиральным
компрессором Danfoss (Performer).
Данная модель работает на озонобезопасном хладагенте R410A.

Объем поставки
Промышленные холодильники
компании HITEMA S.R.L. поставляется в
готовом для эксплуатации виде, не требуют дополнительного монтажа, таким
образом, потребитель может сам подключить их на месте эксплуатации.
Водоохладители изготавливаются в виде моноблока, корпус изготавливается
из стальных рам с легкосъемными декоративными панелями(защитная решетка конденсатора
опция), благодаря чему доступ к агрегатам и приборам установки для
технического обслуживания очень прост. Все элементы корпуса окрашены краской,
что обеспечивает хорошую коррозионную защиту.

Спиральный компрессор PERFORMER(Danffos) имеет двигатель с устройством защиты от перегрузок по
температуре и току и дополнительную защиту по высокой температуре нагнетаемого
газа. Компрессора установлены на антивибрационные опоры и заправлены маслом.
