Pour changer le réglage de

Pour régler l’heure

Tirez la

Renfoncez la

Renfoncez la

horaire pour revenir à l’indication 
de l’heure.

Tournez la

 pour 

changer le réglage de l’heure.

Lorsque la trotteuse est sur 
12 heures, tirez la 

 Couronne 

jusqu’au 2

 cran.

Tournez la 

 Couronne 

 loin de vous 

pour régler le jour.

x

 Pensez à régler correctement l’heure 
sur le matin ou l’après-midi.

x

 Lorsque vous changez l’heure, 
avancez l’aiguille des minutes de 
quatre ou cinq minutes par rapport au 
réglage final, puis revenez en arrière 
jusqu’au réglage souhaité.

x

 L’indication du jour se règle sur un 
mois de 31 jours. Pour les mois plus 
courts vous devez effectuer vous-
même le réglage.

x

 Évitez de changer le réglage de 
l’indication du jour entre 9 heures 
du soir et 1 heure du matin. Sinon, 
l’indication du jour risque de ne pas 
changer correctement à minuit.

Fonctions du chronomètre

Fonctionnement de la couronne

Certains modèles de montres étanches (100 mètres, 
200 mètres) ont une couronne à vis. Avant d’effectuer une 
opération avec la couronne, tournez-la vers vous pour la 
dévisser, puis tirez-la. Ne forcez pas lorsque vous tirez la 
couronne. La montre n’est pas étanche lorsque la couronne 
est dévissée. Après avoir effectué une opération avec la 
couronne, revissez à fond la couronne.

Vous pouvez tourner la bague pour aligner son 
repère

 sur l’aiguille des minutes. Ceci vous 

permettra de savoir combien de temps s’est écoulé

Stopwatch functions

Crown Operations

Some water-resistant models (100 meters, 200 meters)

have a screw-in crown. When you need to perform a crown

operation, rotate it towards you to unscrew it. Then pull

the crown out. Avoid applying undue force when pulling.

The watch loses its water resistance while the crown is

unscrewed. After performing a crown operation, fully screw

the crown back in.

Take care that you set the correct AM

When changing the time, move the

minute hand four or five minutes past

your final setting, and then back it up

to the setting you want.

The day indicator setting uses a 31-

day month. Make adjustments for

months of shorter lengths.

Avoid changing the day indicator

setting between the hours of 9

p.m. and 1 a.m. Otherwise, the day

indicator may not change correctly at

midnight.

Do not operate the stopwatch with the crown pulled out.

An elapsed time operation will stop automatically at the end of 60 minutes.

The stopwatch measures elapsed time in 1/10-second increments up to 59minutes,

59.9seconds.

Perform the following procedure if the stopwatch hands do not return to their 0 (zero)

positions when you reset the stopwatch.

Correcting the 0 Positions of the Hands

Pull the Crown out to Click 2.

Press A to move the

Stopwatch 1/10-Second Hand

clockwise.

x Holding down A will move the hand at high speed.

Press B to move the

Stopwatch Second Hand

clockwise.

x Holding down B will move the hand at high speed.

x The

Stopwatch Minute Hand

is synchronized with the

Stopwatch Second Hand

.

After all of the hands are the way you want, push the Crown back in.

Important!

x

Timekeeping stops while the crown is pulled out. Correct the current time setting

after performing the above operation.
