• Доктор БОСТИ представляет «умное» устройство CardioMessenger Smart от BIOTRONIK, которое предназначено для подключения имплантированных в тело пациента кардиостимуляторов, кардиовертеров-дефибрилляторов и кардиомониторов к своей системе домашнего мониторинга BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring.
  С помощью этой системы кардиологи смогут просматривать все «сердечные» события, которые их интересуют, а также создавать набор условий, при которых будут отсылаться предупреждения. Т.е. информация об опасных признаках и событиях будет немедленно отсылаться кардиологу, а вся остальная информация будет ежедневно обновляться.

Международная биомедицинская компания BIOTRONIK представила на европейском рынке свое новое беспроводное устройство, размером со смартфон —  CardioMessenger Smart.

CardioMessenger представляет собой компактный прибор размером со стандартный смартфон и для передачи в защищенном виде информации от сердечного имплантата в Интернет и систему домашнего мониторинга использует мобильную связь GSM. Устройство полностью автоматическое, поэтому пока пациент находится рядом с ним, все данные будут самостоятельно синхронизироваться.

Как показали проведенные клинические исследования, CardioMessenger позволяет существенно снизить количество госпитализаций, инсультов и смертей, утверждает компания-производитель.

Инновационное устройство для пациентов  с кардиостимуляторами, имплантируемыми кардиовертерами-дефибрилляторами (ICD-система), ресинхронизационными кардиостимуляторами (CRT-система) и сердечными мониторами обеспечивает прямую связь с врачом. 

Устройство предназначено для непрерывной передачи данных от водителей ритма и имплантируемых кардиовертеров-дефибрилляторов (ИКД) этой компании на смартфон врача.

Устройство CardioMessenger® Smart — полностью автоматизированное, совместимое с глобальным стандартом цифровой мобильной связи GSM, не требует никакого взаимодействия с больным. Все, что нужно устройству CardioMessenger Smart для работы – это наличие сигнала GSM в любой точке мира, где находится пользователь. Данные от устройства отправляются в систему обработки данных BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring. Если система регистрирует какие-либо аномальные сердечные события, то она немедленно отправляет полный отчет о событии лечащему врачу.

С помощью функции обратного вызова врачи могут попросить своих пациентов связаться с вами, если это необходимо.

Еще одним преимуществом CardioMessenger Smart является простота использования: как только пациент возвращается домой после получения имплантата, все, что ему нужно сделать — это подключить устройство к розетке.
