Симптоматическое лечение кашля.
ПРОТИВОПОКАЗАНИЯ
Гиперчувствительность к активному или любому из вспомогательных веществ, перечисленных в пункте 6.1. Дети в возрасте до 6 лет. Пациентов, которые принимают или принимали в течение последних двух недель антидепрессанты, ингибиторы моноаминоксидазы (ИМАО) (см. раздел 4.5). Пациентов с дыхательной недостаточностью или с риском развития дыхательной недостаточности (например, пациентов с хроническое обструктивное заболевание дыхательных путей или пневмонии, пациенты с приступами астмы, в ходе, или при обострении астмы).
ДОЗИРОВКА
Дозировка Сиропа для Взрослых (включая пожилых людей): 2 чайные ложки (10 мл) 2-4 раза в день, до 8 чайных ложек (40 мл) в день.
Педиатрической популяции Детей старше 12 лет: 2 чайные ложки (10 мл) 2-4 раза в день, до 8 чайных ложек (40 мл) в день. Дети от 6 до 12 лет: 1 чайную ложку (5 мл) 3-4 раза в день, максимум 4 чайные ложки (20 мл) в день. Вводить препарат каждые 4-6 часов по мере необходимости. Колодки Взрослым (включая пожилых людей): 3-6 таблеток в день рассасывать во рту, до 6 таблеток в день.
Педиатрической популяции Детей старше 12 лет: 3-6 таблеток в день рассасывать во рту, до 6 таблеток в день. Детям от 6 до 12 лет по 2-3 пастилки в день, чтобы растопить во рту, до 3 таблеток в день.Вводить препарат каждые 4-6 часов по мере необходимости. Способ введения Для введения только в устной форме. ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ
В следующих случаях BRONCHENOLO УСПОКОИТЕЛЬНОЕ И ТЕКУЧЕСТИ должен быть использован только после тщательного медицинского обследования: • хронический кашель или затяжной, как и тот, который проявляется в случае астмы или эмфиземы легких; • тяжелая печеночная недостаточность; • тяжелая почечная недостаточность; • одновременное применение антидепрессантов, селективных ингибиторов повторного поглощения серотонина или трициклическими антидепрессантами (см. раздел 4.5). Пациент должен быть информирован, проконсультируйтесь с вашим врачом, если кашель не проходит, или если это сопровождается высокой лихорадкой, сыпи или постоянные головные боли. Не превышать максимальной рекомендуемой дозы или частоты введения. После 5-7 дней лечения без значительных результатов, требуется клиническая оценка. Следует избегать одновременного применения других лекарственных средств от кашля и простуды. Следует избегать одновременное применение алкоголя во время терапии с BRONCHENOLO УСПОКОИТЕЛЬНОЕ И ТЕКУЧЕСТИ. Информация о вспомогательные вещества с эффектами известны BRONCHENOLO УСПОКОИТЕЛЬНОЕ И РАЗЖИЖЕНИЯ сиропа содержит: § сахарозы. Пациенты с редкими наследственными проблемами непереносимости фруктозы, мальабсорбции глюкозы–галактозы, или недостаточностью при sucrase изомальтазы, не должны принимать это лекарство; § этиловый спирт. Это лекарственное средство содержит 5,94% этанола, т. е. до 470 мг на дозу, что эквивалентно 11,9 мл пива и 4,9 мл вина. Это может быть вредно для алкоголиков. ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ
Препарат не должен использоваться одновременно или в 2 недели после лечения с антидепрессантами ингибиторами моноаминоксидазы (ИНГИБИТОРЫ мао), так как были зарегистрированы тяжелые побочные реакции, в том числе серотониновый синдром (см. параграф 4.3). Пациенты должны быть проинформированы, проконсультируйтесь с вашим врачом, прежде чем принимать декстрометорфан в комбинации с препаратами, приведены ниже: • одновременное применение декстрометорфан с антидепрессанты, селективные ингибиторы повторного поглощения серотонина или трициклические антидепрессанты могут вызвать серотониновый синдром с изменениями психического состояния, артериальная гипертензия, психомоторное возбуждение, миоклонус, гиперрефлексия, обильное потоотделение, озноб и тремор (см. параграф 4.4); • уровни шелковистые декстрометорфан могут быть увеличены при сопутствующем применении ингибиторов цитохрома P450 2D6, такие как антиаритмические препараты хинидин и амиодарон, антидепрессанты, как флуоксетин и пароксетин или другие препараты, которые ингибируют цитохром P450 2D6, как галоперидол и тиоридазин; • одновременное применение декстрометорфан и алкоголем возможно усиление угнетающего влияния на Центральную Нервную Систему обоих веществ. Bronchenolo Sedativo e Fluidificante
Guaifenesin possesses a storied history, having been originally formally approved by the US FDA in 1952 and continues to be one of very few — if not perhaps the only drug that is readily available and used as an expectorant . Since that time the agent has been a combination component of various prescription and non-prescription over-the-counter cough and cold products and is currently a widely available over-the-counter generic medication . Although it is principally believed that guaifenesin elicits an action to facilitate productive cough to manage chest congestion , it is not known whether the agent can reliably mitigate coughing.
Regardless, on March 1, 2007, the FDA received a petition asking the FDA to notify the public that some antitussives, expectorants, decongestants, antihistamines, and cough/cold combinations are not known to be safe and effective in children under the age of 6 years . After the negotiation between FDA and major manufacturers, a voluntary transition of labels for not using guaifenesin in children under the age of 4 years was endorsed by FDA in 2008 .
Furthermore, there has also been contemporary research to suggest that guaifenesin possesses and is capable of demonstrating anticonvulsant and muscle relaxant effects to some degree possibly by acting as an NMDA receptor antagonist .
Uses
Guaifenesin is an expectorant commonly found in OTC products for the symptomatic relief from congested chests and coughs associated with cold, bronchitis, and/or other breathing illnesses.

How Bronchenolo Sedativo e Fluidificante works
Although the exact mechanism of action of guaifenesin may not yet be formally or totally elucidated, it is believed that expectorants like guaifenesin function by increasing mucus secretion . Moreover, it is also further proposed that such expectorants may also act as an irritant to gastric vagal receptors, and recruit efferent parasympathetic reflexes that can elicit glandular exocytosis that is comprised of a less viscous mucus mixture . Subsequently, these actions may provoke coughing that can ultimately flush difficult to access, congealed mucopurulent material from obstructed small airways to facilitate a temporary improvement for the individual .
Consequently, while it is generally proposed that guaifenesin functions as an expectorant by helping to loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus and make coughs more productive, there has also been research to suggest that guaifenesin possesses and is capable of demonstrating anticonvulsant and muscle relaxant effects to some degree possibly by acting as an NMDA receptor antagonist .

Toxicity
The most prevalent signs and symptoms associated with an overdose of guaifenesin have been nausea and vomiting .
Although adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women have not been performed, the Collaborative Perinatal Project monitored 197 mother-child pairs exposed to guaifenesin during the first trimester . An increased occurrence of inguinal hernias was found in the neonates . However, congenital defects were not strongly associated with guaifenesin use during pregnancy in 2 large groups of mother-child pairs .
Moreover, guaifenesin is excreted in breast milk in small quantities . Subsequently, caution should be exercised by balancing the potential benefit of treatment against any possible risks .
Additionally, an LD50 value of 1510 mg/kg (rat, oral) has been reported for guaifenesin .
Volume of Distribution
The geometric mean apparent volume of distribution of guaifenesin determined in healthy adult subjects is 116L (CV=45.7%) .
Elimination Route
Studies have shown that guaifenesin is well absorbed from and along the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration .
Half Life
The half-life in plasma observed for guaifenesin is approximately one hour .
Clearance
The mean clearance recorded for guaifenesin is about 94.8 L/hr (CV=51.4%) .
Elimination Route
After administration, guaifenesin is metabolized and then largely excreted in the urine .

Mint flavored tablets for oral use based on dextromethorphan hydrobromide and guaifenesin .
Therapeutic indications
Bronchenolo Sedative and Fluidifying Tablets is used for the symptomatic treatment of cough, it is used to calm coughs and make the phlegm more fluid, therefore more easily eliminated. Talk to your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 5-7 days of treatment.
Dosage and posology
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- Adults and children over 12 years: 3-6 tablets per day, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
- Children between 6 and 12 years of age: 2-3 tablets per day, up to a maximum of 3 tablets per day.
Method of administration
Take Bronchenolo Sedative and Fluidifying Tablets letting them dissolve in the mouth (orally). Wait at least 4-6 hours between one dose and the next. Do not exceed the indicated doses without your doctor’s advice.
Overdose
Immediately notify your doctor or go to the emergency room of the nearest hospital, as appropriate measures may be necessary. In the event of an overdose, the risk of having side effects increases. You may also notice: arousal, mental confusion, agitation, nervousness and instability of character (irritability), stupor, loss of muscle coordination (ataxia), altered muscle tone (dystonia), hallucinations, loss of contact with reality (psychosis) ) and breathing problems (respiratory depression).
Contraindications
Do not take Bronchenolo Sedative and Fluidifying Tablets if:
- you are allergic to dextromethorphan hydrobromide, guaifenesin or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
- you are taking or have taken within the last two weeks medicines used for depression called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs)
- have or are likely to have breathing problems (respiratory failure), for example you have chronic obstructive airway disease, pneumonia, an ongoing asthma attack or worsening of asthma.
- Do not use Bronchenolo Sedativo and Fluidificante in children under 6 years of age.
Side effects
Clinical trial data The adverse events reported below were observed in clinical trials and are considered uncommon adverse reactions (i.e. occurring in a percentage ranging from ≥1 / 1000 to <1/100 patients). Adverse reactions are listed according to the MedDRA classification.
Nervous system disorders: drowsiness.
Ear and labyrinth disorders: vertigo.
Gastrointestinal disorders: gastrointestinal disturbance; nausea; He retched; abdominal discomfort. Post marketing data Adverse reactions identified during post marketing use are listed below. As these reactions are reported voluntarily from a population of uncertain size, their frequency is unknown but is probably very rare (found in <1/10000 patients).
Nervous system disorders: serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome (with altered mental status, agitation, myoclonus, hyperreflexia, diaphoresis, chills, tremors and hypertension) has been reported with concomitant use of dextromethorphan with antidepressants (monoamine oxidase inhibitors or serotonin reuptake inhibitors).
Immune system disorders: hypersensitivity (e.g. rash, hives, angioedema).
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine. In pregnant and lactating women, the medicine should only be administered if clearly needed and under the direct supervision of the doctor.
Special warnings
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Bronchenolo Sedativo e Fluidificante if:
- have a long-term cough (chronic or persistent), asthma such as that occurs in asthma or emphysema;
- have severe liver or kidney problems; are taking medicines used for depression called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants;
- are taking other cough or cold medicines.
If your cough does not improve or if you notice a high fever, skin lesions such as patchy or diffuse color changes (rashes) or persistent headache, contact your doctor as your treatment may need to be adjusted. Take care as this medicine can cause changes (false positives) in tests that measure the concentration of vanylmandelic acid in the urine. In this case, tell your doctor that you are taking Bronchenolo Sedativo e Fluidificante Tablets.
Bronchenolo Sedative and Fluidifying Tablets contains:
- sucrose; if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product;
- aspartame. This medicine contains a source of phenylalanine. It can be harmful to you if you have phenylketonuria.
Expiry and Retention
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. No special storage precautions are required. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the package after EXP. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Do not throw any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use. This will help protect the environment.
