Свойства:
Бацитрацин является полипептидным антибиотиком, который ингибирует синтез клеточной оболочки бактерий. Бацитрацин особенно активен в отношении грамположительных микроорганизмов, таких как β-гемолитические стрептококки, стафилококки, и некоторых грамотрицательных патогенов. Резистентность к бацитрацину встречается чрезвычайно редко.
Неомицин является антибиотиком-аминогликозидом, который ингибирует синтез белков бактерий. Активен в отношении грамположительных и грамотрицательных бактерий.

Показания:
Применяется для лечения и профилактики инфекций, вызванных микроорганизмами, чувствительными к неомицину и/или бацитрацину: бактериальные инфекции кожи ограниченной распространенности.
Способ применения и дозы:
Наружно. Хорошо взболтать перед нанесением. Аэрозоль распылять тонким слоем на расстоянии 20-25см на пораженные участки 2 – 4 раза в день взрослым и детям; если это целесообразно – под повязку. Площадь нанесения порошка не должна превышать 1 % от площади поверхности тела (что соответствует размеру ладони пациента).
При местном применении доза неомицина для взрослых и детей до 18 лет не должна превышать 1 г/сут (около 200 г порошка для наружного применения) в течение 7 дней.
Пациентам с нарушением функции печени/почек, пожилого возраста коррекция дозы не требуется.
Противопоказания:
повышенная чувствительность к бацитрацину, неомицину, антибиотикам аминогликозидного ряда, вспомогательным веществам препарата;
-инфекции наружного слухового прохода с перфорацией барабанной перепонки;
-применение порошка для лечения инфекций глаз.
Меры предосторожности:
При длительном лечении должно уделяться внимание возможному росту устойчивых микроорганизмов. В таких ситуациях следует выбрать соответствующую тактику лечения.
В случае применения препарата у детей, пациентов с нарушенной функцией печени и почек, а также при большой площади обрабатываемой поверхности, длительном применении и глубоких поражениях кожи рекомендуется предварительно проконсультироваться с врачом. Пациентам, у которых развилась аллергия или суперинфекция, препарат должен быть отменен.
Побочные эффекты:
Препарат обычно хорошо переносится при наружном применении.
Со стороны кожи и подкожных тканей: редко — аллергические реакции, манифестирующие в виде контактного дерматита, аллергическая реакция на неомицин; частота неизвестна — аллергические реакции в виде покраснения и сухости кожи, кожных высыпаний и зуда (при длительном применении).
Со стороны почек и мочевыводящих путей: частота неизвестна — нефротоксичность.
Способ хранения:
При температуре не выше 25 градусов.

Bivatracin Spray Topical Antibacterial
Bivatracin is indicated for:
Dermatology:
- Pyodermia epidermal (impetigo group).
- Epidermocutaneous pyodermia (folliculitis)- primarily to prevent spread of infection.
- Superinfections of surface wounds and burns.
- Bacterial dermatopathies (ecthyma gangrenosum).
- Prevention of pyococcal superinfections in case of increased risk of their occurrence (herpes simplex, herpes zoster, bites of insects).
Otology:
- Inflammation of the external ear canal.
- For prophylaxis, Bivatracin is also used in surgery and otorhinolaryngology.
Dosage And Administration
- Shake the aerosol container vigorously and spray the powder to the affected area once or several times daily from a distance of 20 to 25cm.
- Do not incline to an angle greater than 45°.
- After use clean the valve by turning the aerosol container upside down and blow the valve by short pressing.
- Occasional agglomeration of powder in the valve can be cleaned with a hypodermic needle no (15-17).
- Apply sparingly.
- Application of Bivatracin Spray should be limited to a maximum of one cans per day for not more than seven days.
- Apply the powder spray to the affected area as a thin layer once or several times daily.
Over Dosage
Systemic toxic effects (nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity) are unlikely to occur and may appear only after prolonged use of large doses over wide areas of the affected skin.
Composition
Each 150ml of Bivatracin aerosol powder contains: 165000 IU Neomycin in the form of Neomycin Sulphate, 12500 IU Bacitracin in the form of Bacitracin Zinc, 150ml Aerosol Hydrocarbon to.
Action
A wide range of antibacterial action is provided by the overlapping spectra of Neomycin and Bacitracin. Bivatracin is used for topical treatment of most infections caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, it is practically not absorbed, therefore it has no systemic action.
Contra-indications
- Hypersensitivity to Neomycin, Bacitracin and other ingredients of this combination.
- Perforation of the eardrum at local application into ear canal.
Warnings
Systemic absorption can occur following application over large areas (> 20%), on wounds, burns or ulcerations. Since systemic absorption can occur through the skin, Bivatracin should be used cautiously in patients with renal insufficiency as it may increase the hazard of nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity.
Bivatracin should be discontinued if any signs of skin irritation or hypersensitivity occur.
Special warnings
Pregnancy and lactation
- Bivatracin should be used during pregnancy and lactation only if clearly indicated and should not be used over wide areas and for prolonged periods to prevent the risk of systemic absorption associated with topical use.
- Aerosol container is under pressure, it contains a gas propellant.
- Do not perforate or burn, even when empty.
Bivatracin should be kept out of reach of children. For external application only.
