Глюкометр Байер Ascensia Elite — мой элитный выбор

Хотел написать о новом глюкометре Байер Контур ТС, вышедшему на российский рынок совсем недавно, но, открыв рюкзак и достав свой глюкометр, я вдруг понял, что не написал о нем пока ни слова, а ведь пользуюсь им без малого пять лет.

Так уж сложилось, что диабет прогрессирует, появляется все больше и больше людей, связанных с ним. Например, болеет чей-то дедушка или бабушка, знакомая или знакомый.

В последнее время ко мне все чаще и чаще стали обращаться друзья с просьбой подсказать как правильно выбрать глюкометр. Во-первых, не все себе могут позволить мерить сахар по несколько раз в день. А второй момент — кому-то нужно мерить сахар лишь время от времени, то есть нерегулярно. Все упирается в желание людей сэкономить — это действительно бывает важно.

Помните, что подавляющее большинство глюкометров не подходит для редкого измерения сахара в крови, так как полоски почти ко всем глюкометрам поставляются в баночках по 50 или по 25 штук. Открывая такую баночку вам нужно ее полностью израсходовать в течение 2,5 или 3 месяцев. А если нужно мерить сахар еще реже, например, раз в день или раз в неделю. Что делать? Выход, как ни странно, есть — нужно покупать глюкометр, к которому тест-полоски поставляются в индивидуальной упаковке!

Полоски в индивидуальной упаковке нынче редкость. Такая упаковка позволяет открывать тест-полоски поштучно и в этом случае, срок годности тест-полосок увеличивается до момента, указанного на упаковке. Никаких ограничений в виде 2,5 или 3-х месяцев не будет! Купили упаковку полосок — вам их надолго хватит.

Я знаю несколько глюкометров, для которых тест-полоски в индивидуальной упаковке можно купить всегда:

2) Глюкометр Элит (Байер)

3) Глюкометр Элта Сателлит или Элта Сателлит Плюс (фирма Элта, Россия)

Про отечественный глюкометр Элта Сателлит и Элта Сателлит Плюс я умолчу, так как большое число приборов встречается не очень хорошего качества. Ну уж извините. А про глюкометр Байер Асцензию Элит расскажу поподробнее, так как именно им я пользуюсь в настоящий момент.

Внешний вид и корпус

Исполнение на пять баллов из пяти возможных. Прибор белого цвета. Большую часть поверхности глюкометра занимает четкий и крупный экран. Первое, что бросается в глаза — абсолютно плоский корпус, без малейших выпуклостей и впадин. Ни одной кнопки. Эдакий супер нынче популярный плеер Айпод от компании Apple, только лишь выпущенный и спроектированный гораздо раньше. Совсем не удивительно, что глюкометр Байер Асцензия Элит бьет все рекорды продаж в американских гипермаркетах и в Европе. Гладкий и стильный корпус без острых углов. Хочу немного пофантазировать, если бы такой глюкометр выпустить еще и в стальном или металлизированном корпусе, то поклонников у него могло бы быть еще больше.

Качество и надежность

Заводы компании Байер разбросаны по всему миру. Несмотря на то, что производитель глюкометра родом из Германии, сам прибор и его тест-полоски собираются исключительно в Японии, а японское качество будь то калькулятор, будильник или электроинструмент есть японское качество. Надежность — потрясающая. Глюкометр изготавливается на заводе Панасоник (Panasonic). Даже на тест-полосках написано Made in Japan. Как то раз мне достались просроченные тест-полоски. Более чем на пол года. Я померил сахар в крови на них — 6,5 ммоль, проверил, результаты с нормальными полосками — один в один. Ни на десятую не различаются. Япония. Качество.

Тест-полоски

Тест-полоски у глюкометра Байер Асцензия Элит в индивидуальной упаковке! Каждая тест-полоска упакована отдельно! Принцип измерения прибора — электро-химический, то есть самый современный. Объем капли крови 2 мкл, хотя визуально он существенно меньше, чем у Аккучек Актива. Мне кажется, тест-полоскам глюкометра Элит требуется всего 1, ну максимум 1,5 мкл крови. Как только вы вытаскиваете тест-полоску из глюкометра, он выключается автоматически! Собственно, включается также автоматически при установке тест-полоски.

Размер тест-полоски не очень маленький, а индивидуальная упаковка максимально упрощает процедуру установки тест-полоски. Глюкометр меряет сахар по цельной крови, а не по плазме крови. По этой причине, из полученных результатов не нужно вычитать 12%. Очень большой плюс.

А что внутри?

Глюкометр до безобразия прост. Надежный. Ну а что же у него внутри? Чем оправдывается его надежность и есть ли вероятность сбоя глюкометра, раскола или порчи его компонентов при падении? Набравшись смелости и взяв в руки часовую отвертку, я отвинтил два маленьких болтика с обратной стороны корпуса. Крышка глюкометра легко подалась вперед и… чудо глюкометр предстал передо мною своей схемотехникой.

Сама плата прибора по размеру сопоставима с усилителем для телевизионной антенны. Стоит выделить шесть основных элементов печатной платы:

1. В верхней части глюкометра находится приемник, в который вставляется тест-полоска.

2. Справа от него находится пульт управления переменным конденсатором, который, очевидно, требуется для калибровки глюкометра! Вуаля! Даже если с прибором что-то случится или вы захотите настроить глюкометр так, чтобы он показывал сахар один в один как любой другой глюкометр, который есть у вас или ваших друзей, то сделать это можно не посещая сервисного центра. Достаточно подкрутить реле переменного конденсатора и все.

Итак, наше вскрытие глюкометра Элит показало, что надежность работы и утилизации прибора обеспечивается следующими характеристиками:

• надежным креплением всех частей платы и внешних элементов друг к другу
• наличием переменного конденсатора, позволяющего при необходимости настроить прибор без посещения сервисного центра
• крепко посаженным экраном
• самым простым динамиком
• надежным крепежом батарей

Кстати, кто сомневается в японском происхождении прибора, я советую заглянуть внутрь, как это сделал я. Даже на корпусе под печатной платой на пластике есть надпись «Made in Japan» ну и, конечно, порядковый номер прибора тоже имеется.

Выводы

Самое время подвести результаты очередного обзора. Для наглядности достоинства и недостатки я разделил на две колонки.

Если вы еще думаете, какой глюкометр выбрать себе или своим близким, знакомым или членам семьи, то я бы смело рекомендовал Байер Асцензия Элит. Я пользуюсь им больше четырех лет и ни одной поломки, ни одного сбоя в работе, ни одной испорченной тест-полоски — ни одного сожаления я не испытал.

Ascensia Elite простой в применении глюкометр, полностью лишен кнопок – включается, когда в него вставляется тест-полоска, и выключается через некоторое время после удаления тест-полоски.

Глюкометр довольно легкий, чего удобно носить с собой, но вот на время проведения анализа необходимо 30 секунд, да и капля крови на анализ нужна большая.
Ascensia Elite — не сильно распространен на территории России, но тест-полоски можно купить в некоторых интернет магазинах. UPD. модель снята с производства.
Ascensia Elite имеет очень большую схожесть с глюкометром Glucocard 2, но тест полоски не совместимы, хотя очень похожи.
