Состав:

Каждая таблетка содержит:

Трипсин и химотрипсин комплекс 12 мг 

Вспомогательные компоненты:

Крахмал, аеросил, магний стеарат, авицель, метилцеллюлоза, декстран, тальк.

Свойства:

Протеолитическое комбинированное средство белковой природы. Получают из поджелудочной железы крупного рогатого скота. При местном и наружном применении расщепляет некротизированные ткани и фибринозные образования; разжижает вязкий секрет, экссудат, сгустки крови. Гидролизует белки и пептоны с образованием низкомолекулярных пептидов, расщепляет связи, образованные остатками ароматических аминокислот (тирозин, троптофан, фенилаланин, метионин).

Показания:

Уменьшение и ресорбция отеков и экссудатов.

Адъюнктотерапия при воспалительных заболеваниях.

Способ применения и дозы:

По 1 или 2 таблетки 3 раза в сутки.

Противопоказания:

Гиперчувствительность, злокачественные новообразования, деструктивные формы туберкулеза легких, ХСН II–III ст., эмфизема легких с дыхательной недостаточностью. 

Меры предосторожности :

Эмпиема плевры туберкулезной этиологии (рассасывание экссудата может способствовать развитию бронхоплевральной фистулы).

Побочные эффекты:

Аллергические реакции.

Повышение температуры тела, тахикардия.

Может появиться раздражение слизистых оболочек верхних дыхательных путей и охриплость голоса.

Способ хранения:

В сухом прохладном месте при температуре не выше 30 градусов.

Упаковка:

Картонная коробка вмещает 1,2,3 блистера по 10 таблеток.

Каждая таблетка содержит активное вещество — Бетагистин дигидрохлорид 8 мг или 16 мг и вспомогательные вещества — лактозу моногидрат, крахмал кукурузный, целлюлозу микрокристаллическую, кислоту лимонную безводную, повидон, кросповидон, гидрогенизированное растительное масло.

Таблетки 8 мг: белые гладкие круглые таблетки с фаской и разделительной риской; диаметр 6,5 мм. Таблетки 1 б мг: белые гладкие круглые таблетки с фаской и разделительной риской; диаметр 9,0 мм.

Бетагнстин дигидрохлорид синтетический аналог гистамина, обеспечивает улучшение микроциркуляпии в лабиринте, с последующим снижением эндолимфатического давления. Действует главным образом на гистаминовые Н,- и Н, — рецепторы внутреннего уха и вестибулярных ядер ЦНС. Путем прямого агонистического воздействия на Н, — рецепторы сосудов внутреннего уха, а также опосредовано через воздействие на Н3 — рецепторы улучшает микроциркуляцию и проницаемость капилляров, тем самым нормализует давление эндолимфы в лабиринте и улитке. Вместе с тем увеличивает кровоток в базилярных артериях.

Бетагистин дигидрохлорид также обладает выраженным центральным эффектом, являясь ингибитором Н. — рецепторов ядер вестибулярного нерва. Нормализует нейрональную трансмиссию в лолисинаптических нейронах вестибулярных ядер на уровне ствола головного мозга. 

После перорального приема Алфинора он быстро и полностью абсорбируется. С,^ в плазме достигается через 3 часа. Связывание с белками плазмы низкое, Т|Я — 3-4часа. Выводится с мочой в виде метаболита 2-пиридилксусной кислоты в течение 24 часов после приема. Неизмененный бетагистидин дигидрохлорид в моче не определяется.

Болезнь и синдром Меньера (в т. ч. шум в ушах и нарушения слуха), вестибулярные головокружения различного генеза (вертебробазилярная недостаточность, посттравматическая энцефалопатия, атеросклероз сосудов головного мозга, вестибулярный неврит, лабиринтит, доброкачественное позиционное головокружение, после нейрохирургических операций), нейросенсорная тугоухость различного генеза, морская и воздушная болезнь.

Язвенная болезнь желудка в фазе обострения, феохромоцитома, бронхиальная астма, повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата, детский возраст. Не рекомендуется принимать препарат в период беременности и лактации.

Таблетки принимают перорально, запивают водой, предпочтителен прием препарата с едой.

Взрослые:

Начальная доза составляет 8-16 мг 3 раза в день. Доза может корректироваться в соответствии с клиническим результатом. Поддерживающая доза обычно составляет 24-48 мг в день, разделенная на 3 равных приема.

Улучшение обычно отмечается уже в начале терапии, стабильный терапевтический эффект наступает после двух недель лечения и может нарастать в течение нескольких месяцев лечения. Лечение длительное.

Длительность приема препарата подбирается индивидуально.

Поэклтые пациенты:

Применяют обычную дозу для взрослых. Печеночная недостаточность: Корректировка дозы не требуется. Почечная недостаточность Корректировка дозы не требуется. 

Со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта: диспепсия, боль в животе/спазмы, тошнота, рвота.

Со стороны центральной нервной системы: головная боль; редко — слабость, сонливость, бессонница. Аллергические реакции: редко — кожная сыпь, зуд, крапивница, отек Квинке. 

Симптомы:

Диспепсия, боль в животе/спазмы, тошнота, рвота.

Лечение:

Нет специфического антидота для бетагастина дигидрохлорида. Пациент должен находится под наблюдением, лечение симптоматическое и поддерживающее. 

Случаи взаимодействия или несовместимости с другими лекарственными средствами неизвестны.

Требуется осторожность при лечении пациентов с язвенной болезнью в анамнезе.
Влияние на способность к вождению автотранспорта и управлению механизмами: Алфинор не влияет на способность пациента к занятиям потенциально опасными видами деятельности, требующими повышенного внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций.

Хранить в сухом месте при температуре не выше 25“С.
Беречь от детей.

3 года. Не использовать позже срока годности, указанного на упаковке.

Storage of Alphintern Tablet

Alphintern® gastroresistant and enterosoluble coated tablet

Composition

Each tablet contains:

  • CyclospChymotrypsin 300 E.A.U. (14µ Katals).
  • Trypsin 300 E.A.U. (5µ Katals).

Excipient q.s. ad one coated tablet of 0.24g gastroresistant and enterosoluble.

Properties

Alphintern® has a synergistic, anti-inflammatory and antiedematous action of two potent proteolytic enzymes, affecting the exudative phase of inflammation and ensuring the destruction of peptidic chains in inflammatory processes, regardless of the origin.

The gastroresistant and enterosoluble coating of alphintern® tablets ensures best tolerability as well as best efficacy due to its absorption only in the intestine.

Indications

Preventive and curative treatment of post-traumatic and postoperative edemas and hematomas.

Inflammatory conditions and related pains regardless of the origin and localization, especially in:

  • Traumatology and Surgery: Sprains, hematomas, sequelae of fractures and postoperative edemas.
  • E.N.T.: Pharyngitis, laryngitis, sinusitis, otitis and inflammations of the Eustachian tube.
  • Ophthalmoloty: Eye trauma, postoperative and vitreous hemorrhage
  • Pneumology: Bronchopulmonary inflammations and tracheobronchitis
  • Stomatology: Teeth extractions, periodontium and gum inflammations, and stomatological and maxillofacial surgery
  • Gynecology: Pelvic inflammatory diseases, perineal edema and mastitis.

alphintern® also improves the diffusion in situ of antibiotics, especially in the E.N.T. bronchopulmonary and stomatological spheres.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to trypsin and chymotrypsin.

Precautions

In case of infections, alphintern® should be associated with antibiotics.

Dosage and Administration

One to two tablet 3 minutes daily to be swallowed and not chewed, or as prescribed by the physician.
