Свойства:
Крем Альгазон содержит следующие ингредиенты: салицилат диэтиламина, ментол и камфору. Диэтиламина салицилат является местным анальгетиком с противовоспалительными свойствами, а также обладает раздражающим действием. Ментол снимает зуд, расширяет сосуды, вызывая ощущение холода, с последующим анальгезирующим действием. Камфора действует как мягкое анальгетическое средство и используется как противовоспалительное средство.
Показания:
Для облегчения симптомов мышечных болей, в том числе фиброзиты, радикулит, люмбаго, растяжение связок, ушибы, жесткость мышц. Также облегчение болей, вызванных чрезмерными нагрузками у спортсменов.
Способ применения и дозы:
Взрослые (в том числе пожилые) и дети старше 6 лет: для наружного применения. Ежедневно наносите крем на пораженный участок массирующими движениями до полного впитывания 1-2 раза в день.
Противопоказания:
Повышенная чувствительность к действующему веществу или любому из вспомогательных веществ. Альгазон не следует использовать, если поверхность кожи нарушена. Aльгазон содержит камфору, которая может снизить эпилептогенный порог и, в чрезмерных дозах, привести к неврологическим нарушениям, таким как судороги у младенцев и детей. Поэтому Альгазон не следует применять детям до 6 лет и тем, у которых в анамнезе были судороги,повышенная чувствительность к аспирину или другим нестероидным противовоспалительным препаратам (в том числе при употреблении во рту), особенно когда это связано с астмой в анамнезе. При появлении раздражения следует прекратить использование продукта.
Меры предосторожности:

The analgesic and anti-inflammatory action of Algason makes this cream particularly indicated in cases of pain in the joints, limbs and muscles, rheumatism, lumbago, sciatica, arthritis, tennis elbow, gout, stiff neck, neuralgia, dislocations, sprains, bruises and muscle pain.
Composition
Each 100 g cream contains the following active ingredients:
- Diethyiamine salicylate 10.0 gm.
- Menthol 2.5 gm.
- Camphor 1.4 gm.
Therapeutic indications
For symptomatic relief of muscular aches and pains, including fibrositis, sciatica, lumbago, sprained ligaments, bruises, muscle stiffness strains. Also, relief of pains caused by over-excertion in athletes.
Posology and method of administration
- For external application.
- Adults (including the elderly) and children over 6 years : For cutaneous use Apply three times Daily to the affected area, massaging until cream is fully absorbed.
- Children under 6 yews : Not recommended.
Contraindication
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the exciptents.
- Algason should not be used if the surface of the skin is broken.
- Algason contains camphor, which can lower the epileptogenic threshold and, at excessive doses, lead to neurological accidents such as convulsions in infants and children. Therefore, Algason should not be used by children who have a history of convulsions.
- Hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (including when taken by mouth) especially where associated with a history of asthma.
- If irritation develops, use of the product should be discontinued.
Special warnings and precautions
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, asthmatic or on any other medicines.
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas of the skin.
- Always try on small area first. Always use sparingly.
- Some people may experience discomfort, particularly those with sensitive skin or if used in hot weather /after a hot bath.
- Temporary skin redness/burning sensation may occur. Discontinue use if excessive or unwanted effects occur.
- Not to be used on children under 6 years of age.
- If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Interaction with other medicinal products
- There have been reports that topical salicylates may potentiate the anticoagulant effects of warfarin. It is therefore advisable that caution should be exercised with patients who are on coumarin anticoagulants.
- Salicylates (as NAIDs) may increase blood levels and therefore toxicity of methotrexate by delaying its excretion

Use of the product dung pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Produced according to scientific pharmacological data, Algason massage cream is readily absorbed throught the skin. This property provides a high concentration of the active ingredients at the site of pain and consequently causes a noticeable pain relief at the very first application. Prepared in the form of a highly – penetrating white
lightly scented with lavender, Algason massage cream gives a pleasant sensation of freshness felt as soon as applied.
INDICATIONS:

MODE OF APPLICATION :

Описание
Гомогенный крем почти белого цвета, мягкой консистенции, с характерным запахом.
Фармакотерапевтическая группа
Местнораздражающее средство
Фармакодинамика:
Никотиновая кислота и ее соли обладают местным раздражающим действием, вызывая вазодилатацию. Проникая в кожу, жирорастворимый пропилникотинат расщепляется до образования никотиновой кислоты, которая вызывает расширение капилляров и усиливает микроциркуляцию, приводя к локальной гипертермии и, блокируя афферентные нервные окончания, к локальной анестезии.
Фармакокинетика:
При местном применении системная абсорбция низкая.
Показания:
Для улучшения местной микроциркуляции и анестезии при миалгиях, невралгиях и артралгиях невоспалительного генеза и не требующих срочного оперативного лечения.
Противопоказания:
Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата и к парабенам.
Детский возраст до 12 лет.
Нарушение целостности кожных покровов и воспалительные заболевания кожи.
Беременность и лактация:
Препарат не рекомендуется применять при беременности и в период грудного вскармливания.
Способ применения и дозы:
Наружно.
Взрослым и детям с 12 лет: наносят на кожу пораженного участка тела 2-4 раза в сутки тонким слоем из расчета: столбик крема длиной 0,5-1,0 см на участок кожи диаметром 5-10 см и осторожно втирают. Допускается нанесение препарата на несколько участков.
Курс лечения не более 10 дней. Продолжение лечения возможно после консультации с врачом.
Побочные эффекты:
Возможно развитие аллергических реакций (интенсивная гиперемия, зуд, редко отек кожи, пустулезные высыпания).
Если любые из указанных в инструкции побочных эффектов усугубляются, или Вы заметили любые другие побочные эффекты, не указанные в инструкции, сообщите об этом врачу.
Передозировка:
При использовании большого количества препарата на обширной поверхности кожи может наблюдаться снижение артериального давления и снижение частоты сердечных сокращений. При попадании препарата в полость рта, помимо выраженного раздражения слизистой, может наблюдаться нарушение дыхания, сердечно-сосудистая недостаточность с повышением артериального давления.
В этих случаях необходимо удалить остатки крема с поверхности кожи или полости рта. В случае попадания большого количества крема через рот в желудочно-кишечный тракт показано промывание желудка и использование солевых слабительных.
Лечение симптоматическое.
Взаимодействие:
Одновременное использование препарата с другими местнораздражающими лекарственными средствами или прогревающими физиотерапевтическими процедурами может вызвать сильное раздражение кожи, особенно при нанесении препарата на большие участки тела, а также значительное снижение артериального давления (вплоть до обморока), вследствие дополнительного сосудорасширяющего эффекта.
Особые указания:
Покраснение на месте нанесения крема обусловлено действием активного вещества и не относится к побочным эффектам.
Людям с чувствительной кожей не следует принимать горячий душ или ванну до и после применения препарата.
После нанесения препарата тщательно вымыть руки с мылом.
Следует избегать попадания крема в глаза, на слизистые оболочки, поврежденную кожу.
Не наносить препарат на раны. Нельзя наносить на область воспаленных суставов.
При попадании крема в глаза следует сразу же тщательно их промыть большим количеством теплой воды.
Форма выпуска/дозировка:
Крем для наружного применения, 2%.
Упаковка:
По 50 г в алюминиевые тубы с внутренним защитным лаковым покрытием и резиновым уплотняющим кольцом, с навинчивающейся белой пропиленовой крышкой, имеющей иглу для прокалывания.
1 туба вместе с инструкцией по применению помещается в картонную пачку.
Условия хранения:
Хранить при температуре от 5 °С до 25 °С.
Хранить в недоступном для детей месте.
Срок годности:
4 года.
