Aboniki Balm® 25g
Popularly known for the following effects:
- For all day concentrated relief from pain & swelling
- anti-bacterial: to treat symptoms of cold
When to use
Aboniki Balm can provide all day relief from pain & swelling
(inflammation) in joints and muscles. The pain and swelling can be caused
by overuse of muscles and joints during physical activity such as walking,
exercise, gardening or your working environment. If you want to keep enjoying
your everyday activities, then double strength Aboniki Balm can help you
take back control of your life by providing you with long-lasting pain relief
How it works
Aboniki Balm can be applied twice daily (morning and evening) to last all
day because the gel creates a reservoir of diclofenac when applied regularly
according to instructions, which gives the skin a source of the active ingredient
throughout the day for lasting relief of pain and inflammation. The technology
used in this product helps the cream to penetrate deeply into the skin to enhance
delivery of the active ingredient to the site of pain and swelling. In addition,
the technology provides a cooling and soothing effect when applied to the skin.
The massaging effect of applying Aboniki can provide additional soothing benefits
at the site of pain and inflammation.
How to use
Gently rub or massage in a small amount of gel into the skin around painful or
swollen area. An amount ranging in size from 1 penny to a 2 pence piece
will usually be sufficient. However, the amount of gel needed will vary
depending upon the size of the painful or swollen area (maximum daily dosage 8g).
Apply 2 times daily (preferably morning and evening) unless your doctor or
pharmacist tells you otherwise. Consult your doctor if pain and swelling
do not improve or worsen within 7 days. Do not use the gel for longer
than 14 days unless longer treatment has been recommended by a doctor.
The gel is not recommended for use in children under 14 years of age.
Award winning product. We never compromise quality even at the expense of profit.

Aboniki Balm is a proven, safe and effective herbal ointment which helps soothe sore and aching muscles. Aboniki Balm can be used by adults and children over 2 years. Rubbing the balm on the skin at the painful area stimulates the circulation and causes a warming sensation to provide relief from aches and pains.
Benefits of Aboniki Balm
- Non-greasy
- Soothing fragrance
- Effective herbal relief from aches and pains
How does Aboniki Balm Work?
Aboniki Balm generates penetrating warmth in aching, injured and sore muscles. Aboniki Balm can be used before or after exercise and contains ingredients that provide pain-relief plus heat. Heat therapy helps to increase blood supply to relax and soothe.
Heat therapy application can help provide lower back pain and arthritis relief through several mechanisms:
- Heat therapy dilates the blood vessels of the muscles surrounding the lumbar spine. This process increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, helping to heal the damaged tissue.
- Heat stimulates the sensory receptors in the skin, which means that applying heat to the lower back will decrease transmissions of pain signals to the brain and partially relieve the discomfort.
- Heat application facilitates stretching the soft tissues around the spine, including muscles, connective tissue, and adhesions. Consequently, with heat therapy, there will be a decrease in stiffness as well as injury, with an increase in flexibility and overall feeling of comfort. Flexibility is very important for a healthy back
